Free shipping on mainland UK orders over £35, excluding orders containing wax and orders to the Scottish Highlands and offshore postcodes listed at the end of this page.
Orders under £35, or any order containing wax, are charged £6.49. Bulk wax in 5kg, 10kg and 20kg bags is charged £6.49 per bag.
All prices on this page include VAT.
We use DHL, DPD and Royal Mail for our website deliveries.
“Next day service” refers to the courier service used once your order has been dispatched. Your parcel is due the working day after you receive the dispatch confirmation.
Orders to Northern Ireland are charged £14.99 per 25kg.
Orders to the Scottish Highlands & offshore postcodes listed below are charged £17.99 per 25kg.
These deliveries are sent by DHL or DPD on a two-day service from dispatch.
We don’t currently deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.
We can’t deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses. If your address is one of these, please choose Collection at checkout and either arrange your own courier or send someone to collect.
We currently only ship fragrance oils to EU addresses. If you add any other products to your basket, checkout will not be available.
The delivery charge is shown at checkout. VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Local collection is available from our Basildon address. We do not offer same-day collection. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
You may arrange your own courier. Please contact us with your required items and full addresses. We will send you an invoice, and once it’s paid, we will email the parcel dimensions and weight so you can book your courier.
We cannot book, amend or manage courier collections on your behalf.
Our typical turnaround time is 1–2 working days, though this may increase during sales or holiday periods.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only (excluding bank holidays).
You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. If this email arrives on a weekend or bank holiday, your parcel will be collected the next working day.
Courier delays can happen because of weather, industrial action, seasonal backlogs or other things outside our control, so we can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you, and nothing on this page affects your legal rights.
Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct at checkout. Tracking information is sent automatically.
If you can’t see your dispatch email, please check your junk/spam folder.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the courier. This usually takes up to 10 working days.
If the parcel can’t be found, we’ll resend or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address details, non-collection or failed delivery attempts, a reshipment charge will apply. Alternatively, we can refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
You can cancel any time before dispatch. For the quickest cancellation, please call 01268 944350. After delivery, you can still cancel within 14 days – see our Returns & Refunds page.
