We strive to make and ship all orders as quickly as possible, normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days. Turnaround times may increase after large sales or holidays.
Orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable. If you receive this email on a public holiday/weekend this means your order will be collected from us on the next working day. No parcels are collected from us at weekends or public holidays.
UK Mainland orders under the value of £35, or any order including wax, are charged £6.49 for shipping. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands are charged at the rates shown on our Delivery page.
We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, we can not guarantee that an item will arrive at a certain time or date.
We do not offer compensation for orders that you may consider “late” or “delayed” once in the postal system, at certain times of the year or during postal strikes delivery times may be affected this is out of our control.
If your order fails to arrive please notify us. We will investigate the issue, we will contact the courier to find out what the problem is. We will then either resend or refund the order depending on your choice once the investigation is complete, this can take up to 10 working days.
If you are looking to place a smaller order under £35 and would like free shipping we have an Amazon Store, Etsy Store & eBay store.
Free Shipping is offered on all orders in mainland UK over the value of £35, excluding orders containing wax and all orders to the Scottish Highlands or offshore locations. A full list of excluded postcodes is on our Delivery page.
Local collection is available at our address in Basildon. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
If you have not received a dispatch email, check that you have used the correct email address and check your junk mail folder.
Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you.
EU ORDERS
Are shipped by DPD
VAT and EU customs duty for your country are added at checkout, and we pay them before delivery.
You will not have anything extra to pay when your items are delivered.
We don’t support single sales over 150€.
We accept PayPal, TYL Natwest and Clear Pay as payment methods.
