Shipping Cost – Mainland UK
Free shipping is offered on all mainland UK orders over £35, excluding orders containing wax and all orders to the Scottish Highlands or offshore locations. A full list of excluded postcodes is provided at the end of this page.
Orders under £35, or any order including wax, are charged £5.40 + VAT.
We use DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail for our website deliveries.
“Next day service” refers to the courier service used once your order has been dispatched. Your parcel is due the working day after you receive the dispatch confirmation.
Shipping Cost – Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands
Orders to Northern Ireland are charged £12.49 + VAT, repeated per 25kg.
Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands are charged £14.99 + VAT, repeated per 25kg.
These deliveries are sent via DHL or DPD on a two-day service from dispatch.
Shipping – EU Customers
We are currently only shipping fragrance oils to EU addresses. If you add any other products to your basket, checkout will not be available.
VAT is collected at checkout using the IOSS scheme, ensuring no additional fees are due upon delivery.
Local Collection
Local collection is available from our Basildon address. We do not offer same-day collection. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Using Your Own Courier
You may arrange your own courier. Please contact us with your required items and full addresses. We will generate an invoice, and once paid, we will email the parcel dimensions and weight so you can book your courier.
We cannot book, amend, or manage courier collections on your behalf.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Our typical turnaround time is 1–3 business days, though this may increase during sales or holiday periods.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only (excluding bank holidays).
You will receive tracking details when your order is dispatched. If this email arrives on a weekend or public holiday, your parcel will be collected the next working day.
Courier Delays
Courier delays may occur due to weather, industrial action, seasonal backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date and do not offer compensation for delayed parcels.
Order Tracking
Please ensure your email and phone number are correct at checkout. Tracking information will be sent automatically.
If you do not see your dispatch email, please check your junk/spam folder.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier confirms the parcel is lost, which may take up to 10 working days.
Once confirmed, we will either resend or refund the order — whichever you prefer.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or failed delivery attempts, a reshipment charge will apply. Alternatively, a refund can be issued minus the original shipping cost.
