No. Its flash point is >100°C, so it isn’t classified as flammable. Like any fragrance oil, keep it away from naked flames.
It’s unlikely. Hot Cross Bun contains no vanillin or ethyl vanillin, the most common cause of discolouration. Always test with your own wax and dyes.
