No. Its flash point is >100°C, so it isn’t classified as flammable. Like any fragrance oil, keep it away from naked flames.
It’s unlikely. Soft Rose & Jojoba contains no vanillin or ethyl vanillin, the most common cause of discolouration. Always test with your own wax and dyes.
