Where one is shown as not suitable above, we have judged that maximum too low for the oil to perform properly — it is not prohibited. Lip balms are the exception: no fragrance oil is approved for lip products under IFRA Category 1, so they must never be used in them.

I have never smelt any of the penhaligan fragrances but this surprised me. It is absolutely beautiful, I now have quite a few of them. I made some wax melts and they are really strong. If you have never tried any of penhaligans before give them a go, I think you will be surprised. They have a uniqueness to them and a lot of them are unisex.
