Lip balms are the exception: no fragrance oil is approved for lip products under IFRA Category 1, so they must never be used in them.

Another stunning fragrance dupe of a Penhaligan’s. I expected this to be very woody, but it isn’t. It’s quite shuttle but strong, in scent and made beautiful wax melts. Well recommend. I’ve noticed that there are very few, or no reviews for this brand, maybe it’s because they are very expensive. I have not smelt their fragrances, only these dupes but I have been very, very surprised at how beautiful they are.
