Green Fig Fragrance Oil
Green botanical with fig, galbanum, green leaves, muguet, neroli, orris, musky suede, and vetiver.
The scent
Fresh fig and aromatic galbanum open with a green, slightly resinous quality that feels genuinely botanical. Lush notes of ferns and trailing ivy add a cool, leafy depth before muguet and crisp neroli bring an airy freshness to the heart, softened by cool orris. Musky suede and tinder-dry vetiver anchor the base with an earthy staying power that carries well in both candles and reed diffusers. A clean, natural scent that works across plant-inspired ranges, garden gift collections, and spring and summer wellness lines all year round.

Where you can use it
How much to use, and the most IFRA allows.
Recommended amounts are starting points – always test. Incense and hanging car fresheners use the candle limit (Cat 12). Linen, fabric and car air freshener sprays use the room spray limit (Cat 10B). Bath bombs, bath salts, shower gel and body scrubs use the soap limit (Cat 9). Not recommended means the IFRA limit is too low for a good scent, not that it is banned. No fragrance oil is approved for lip products.

Can I use Green Fig in an electric diffuser or oil burner?
Yes.
- Electric water diffusers (ultrasonic or humidifier style) – fill the tank with water to the line, then add 3–5 drops per 100ml of water. Start low and add more to taste.
- Oil burners – mix 50/50 with dipropylene glycol (DPG), or add a few drops to water in the well.
Important – look after your diffuser:
- Fragrance oils are concentrated, and some plastics used in diffuser tanks can soften, cloud or crack if oil is left sitting in them. This depends on the plastic the diffuser is made from. It happens with any concentrated fragrance or essential oil, not just ours.
- Empty the tank when you’ve finished. Don’t leave water and oil sitting in it between uses.
- Rinse and wipe the tank every few uses, as fragrance oils can leave a film.
- Check your diffuser’s instructions to make sure it is suitable for fragrance oils. If it says essential oils only, or doesn’t say, ask the maker before using it.
How do I use the 100ml bottles?
They include a blind plug to prevent leaks in transit. Either pierce the centre with a pin or biro to use it as a dropper, or remove the stopper, pour, and replace the plug.
